BELAKU - N facing 35x30

This project was meticulously designed and constructed on a 35x30 North-facing plot in Kengeri, with a focus on optimizing space and functionality. The layout ensures seamless connectivity between key areas, fostering a sense of openness and flow throughout the building. Special attention was given to maximizing natural ventilation, enhancing comfort, and ensuring the practical usability of each space to meet the client's specific needs. The design balances aesthetics with practicality, providing a versatile and efficient living or working environment tailored to modern demands.
